Changement de compte Microsoft [Translation - Microsoft account change]

Bonjour/Bonsoir, c'est la première fois que je poste sur le forum navré de ne pas pouvoir tout traduire, mais j'ai cru comprendre que les modérateurs, magnifiques personnes qu'elles sont traduisent nos textes, donc voici mon problème : depuis que je possède
les consoles Xbox, j'ai la création même du compte lié sans le vouloir le compte Microsoft de mon père mon GamerTag/Compte XboxLive. Mais étant majeur j'ai donc voulu séparer son compte Microsoft et mon compte
XboxLive. Sur la Xbox360 une option du nom de "Changez de compte microsoft" était disponible, mais celle-ci me renvoie le code d'erreur suivant :
8015402D. . J'ai appelé le support francophone qui n'a jamais eu faire cela, ils m'ont pousser vers des solutions n'arrangeant pas du tout mon père et moi comme par exemple l'utilisation de l'allias, hors
mon père utilise son compte Microsoft (mails, skype etc.).Je voudrais donc savoir comment faire pour séparer son compte Microsoft de mon compte XboxLive quelle que soit la solution. Je reste bien évidemment disponible pour fournir des photos des différents
menus ou pour une explication plus précise quelle que soit la langue utilisée dans les réponses (anglais, français & allemand dans le possible).

my problem: since I own the Xbox consoles, I have to create the account even unwittingly linked my father's Microsoft account to my GamerTag/XboxLive Account. But being major I wanted to separate his Microsoft account and my XboxLive account. On Xbox360 an
option called "Change Microsoft Account" was available, but it returns the following error code: 8015402D. . I called the French support that never had to do this, they pushed me towards solutions that did not suit my father and me at all as for example the
use of allias, out my father uses his Microsoft account (emails, skype etc.). So I'd like to know how to separate your Microsoft account from my XboxLive account regardless of the solution. I remain of course available to provide photos of the different menus
or for a more precise explanation regardless of the language used in the answers (English, French - German in the possible).

Hey, thanks for the answer but the problem isn't how to add an aliasses, I know how to do this but on my 360 I've an option (not found it on the XboxOne ?) for that kind of things. I've take few screenshots to explain the problem.

So I need to write a letter or contact Microsoft for this problem ? I did not want to call the EN services but if it can solve the problem it would arrange me a lot.

I mean if there is an option for this why it didnt work, if both account need to be gold this isnt a problem for me jsut for the swap I could pay to upgrade the useless account to gold x) !

(I've hide my emails cuz I don't want people to bothering me but both are different e-mail)

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue in changing your email alias for your Microsoft account. To clarify the point made about your father losing his Microsoft account access, this is only true if you remove his email address by deleting
it when changing your account's primary alias.

I would instead recommend that you simply add your preferred email address that you wish to use (that has not been used for another Gamertag), select to make it your primary alias and leave his email address attached to your Microsoft account as an additional
security email address. Not only does this give you an extra way to enhance security on the account, for recovery and other purposes, but also doesn't result in his loss of its use for email, Skype, etc. To effect this change, I recommend that you do so from
a PC rather than from a console for best results.

For the direct instructions regarding how to make this change, I recommend following the steps provided in our support article entitled How
to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account. It is important to note that in regard Step 3 you
should not choose to remove the email address that is used by your father so that he will still be able to use it for email.

Actually if needed I can upload those screenshot there without links, but did the Xbox360 still supported by Microsoft ? The french support said that Microsoft don't really care about Xbox360 and have deleted the support linked to it.

Thanks for the reply! I understood that you were able to change aliases and my apologies if the initial instructions were not clear. Sadly, we're unable to view your screenshots, but if you're getting any error messages, please feel free to share them.

The link that I posted previously gives instructions in a step-by-step manner to follow on how to effect the proper change to your existing alias (your father's email) to an email of your choosing without the loss of his ability to use his email address
in future.

To most easily make the change I am recommending that you do so from a PC, rather than from any console.

Log into your existing Xbox account at
account.microsoft.com
Add the email address/alias (if not already on the account) that you wish to make the primary alias on that account.
Make that email address the primary alias. On the Manage your account aliases page, select
Make primary under the email address you want as primary under
Account alias.
Leave your father's email as an alternative email address on the account (for security purposes) & do not delete it. Important Do not remove this email address if you still want to use it to send and receive email messages.

This will then change the email address that you use to log in (the new primary alias) and will still allow your father's email address to be used by him to answer emails, use Skype, etc. The presence or absence of Xbox Live Gold on either account will not
effect the account regarding any change of alias.

I hope that this helps a bit more and please let us know if you receive any errors when attempting to make the change.
