Changed Primary Alias associated with Microsoft Account and cannot play Minecraft: Java...

So i created a microsoft account and redeemed a gift card code for minecraft java edition. Everything normal and i can play the game.

Recently I have changed my primary alias of my microsoft account, which is the primary email, and then i deleted my old alias. Doing this made me lose access to minecraft account. Before I could play it no problem but now it says "Play Demo" in the launcher, meaning i dont have access to it.

I hope I can recover the minecraft account with a transaction ID or revert back to the old email alias.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer game licenses between accounts, if you are unable to retrieve the original purchase email, I fear you will lose access to the game permanently, which you would need to purchase again.

It is usually recommended that you do not remove the original email when adding an alias as that is what happens, these instructions are available from the link below.

If the system generates a new account for you with the same email address, it is possible that the hacker has changed the primary alias of the account, i.e. the primary email associated with the account, so that email domain was freed up for another Microsoft account.
