    Hello Microsoft !

    I changed my number yeasterday to get my new phone number to be correct on my account.

    Now when i try to login on my Xbox it just sits there and ends up just telling me im not logged in to the system.

    I just bought 3 months of gold membership just to be able to play some new games but now i can't play them at all.

    It would be great if some one could help me out with this issue i have so that i can enjoy and play some games again.

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with your account.

    What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried to power cycle your console? This usually fixes most common issues. How long have you waited to log into your account? The changes usually take some time to update.

    This problem may occur because your console had not received the new password information for your Microsoft account when you tried signing in.

    Important Before you try these solutions, make sure you can sign in to your Microsoft account online. Here’s how:

    1. Go to account.xbox.com
    2. Select Sign in at the top right corner, and then enter your Microsoft account email address and new password.
    Solution 1: Restart your console

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
    2. Select Restart console.
    3. Select Restart.
    4. Try to sign in again.
    Solution 2: Remove and then re-add your account to the console

    Step 1: Remove your account from the console

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select System.
    2. Select Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
    3. Select your account, and then confirm removal.
    Step 2: Reboot your Xbox One console

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
    2. Select Restart console.
    3. Select Restart.
    Step 3: Re-add your account to the console

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Sign in.
    3. Select Add & manage.
    4. Select Add new.
    5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.
    6. Complete the personalization settings on the next several screens.
