    1. I didn't want to migrate but I did.

    2. I did the migration successfully.

    3 change password.

    4 tried to login, password incorrect. Retyped, password or email incorrect.

    5. checked email, correct checked password correct

    6. Password incorrect.

    7. Fine, will create new password. No verification code, no create no password email. Nada

    8. Seriously? Checked help. Nothing

    9. tried using phone number, can't because its NOT AN EMAIL?

    10. spent minutes looking here. Oh look, nothing.

    11. Now what do I do.

    Try to reinstall it yes, but also report this bug to Mojang as well mate.

    Okay, apparently I need to reinstall Minecraft?

    We'll try that for now, watch for updates on the continuing saga of how making things more secure makes life more stressful.

    Oh look, no it didn't work. (pardon the tone its a coping mechanism)

    But yeah, password will not work. But I can log into MS I just can't launch from it as it requests a password and my password doesn't work.

    Nope, I can log into the MS acct, but when I do the launcher, it doesn't work. And this is from the MS acct to which I just migrated. So I can log into the MS but when I use the launcher it no longer recognizes me as the person who just logged in.
