Changed Netflix password… now it won't work on Xbox One :(

I changed my password on netflix.com, and suddenly my Xbox One connection says "can't connect."

I've unintalled, reinstalled, restarted, unplugged, etc, etc. But there doesn't seem to be any way to enter my new password.

Am I missing something simple?

Can't sign into xbox one because it still thinks I use an old email address that I changed today

So today I wanted to change my display name for xbox one, as it was still one of my parents. So I went on the account.live site and changed the display name. I also changed the primary alias for the account to my email, and removed my parents email. And
with that changed my password because I haven't done that in some time. So I tried getting onto my xbox one and my display name was changed. Great. Now come about 3 hours later I go back on and it is asking for me to log into the account, but under my parents
email. So i put in the old password that I used before I changed it 3 hours prior, and it won't work. I used my new password and that won't work either. I go on my 360 and get on using that. I really want to get onto my xbox one so any help would be appreciated.

 

Can't sign in to my account on Xbox 360

Ever since I changed my password recently, I can't sign in to my account on my Xbox 360. It won't accept any passwords I give it, tried my new one so many times. I just deleted my profile off of the console and tried to re-download it, and it still won't
work... Works fine on Xbox One & Xbox.com though. Any suggestions or anyone had this problem? What can I do?

 

Just try this: Launch Netflix on the One, and click the "Menu" button (the right button that used to be called start). Hit "Settings" and then hit
"Log Out". You should then be able to sign in correctly with your new password.

Just so you know the Menu button can be hit in most apps and games and it will give you some cool tools like settings or sign in. You might wanna try the button out on some other apps and discover what you can tweak.

I had a similar error on the Xbox 360 where it would say I needed an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription despite me already having one; turns out it was because I changed my Netflix password on their site.

I guess there was an update to Netflix App? Seems to have updated, and now works again. Seems like the resolution is a tad better too
