Changed my Rewards regions and need my credits back, please! :)

We can confirm that your account regions are now matching, and will transfer your Credits from your previous account. They will appear as a MyVIP 5 Gold event from last month. They should appear by the end of next week.

Regarding your Games on Demand offer, that offer was already re-calculated and deposited into your Microsoft Account on May 24th. This is listed on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as well as your commerce account at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where it is listed as a refund with a negative amount.

What if I move to another country or change my region?Rewards Credits are converted to the currency associated with your original country of enrollment. Any Rewards Credits already deposited are yours to keep, but changing your region will result in us being
unable to deposit any Pending Credits that convert to your new region's currency.

Not to worry, though! If you would like to continue participating in Xbox Live Rewards, simply opt out of the program and then sign back up again. Your account will start fresh and you'll start earning Rewards
Credits that will convert to your new currency. So, if you're planning on moving, be sure to request your Rewards Credits deposit early before you change your region.

thr purchases were valid. I was signed up to Xbox rewards. Microsoft support helped change my region in December 2015.

However, they failed to inform me that I would need to opt out of the reward scheme and opt back in after 96 hours. As a result, a whole year of legitimate purchases in the correct region have not been rewarded to my rewards account.

Yes as mentioned it can't be exchanged

Since you moved you need to use the region migration tool (not just setting on your console) under my account and change my region on this website (the region at the bottom of this page doesn't count as it has no bearing on your account region)

Then contact ms rewards about changing your rewards account and reearn any rewards as current balances can't be changed

The new rewards program (Microsoft Rewards, Xbox Live Rewards ended) is not related to your gamertag region, but your IP location (your internet location not your console region). Do not change your gamertag region because will not work and you will need
to wait 3 Months with the same region. You will need to wait to get back to your country to access again the rewards.
