Gamertag

I recently handed down my xbox to a nephew and he asked if I could change the gamertag to something he prefers. I being an idiot mistakenly changed it to something he didn't want. Is there anyway I could change without the fee?

I put my real name instead of the gamertag

In the first free change of the gamertag I have mistakenly put my real name for confusion, how can I do?

Unfortunately if you've already used your one free change from the generic name creation, the only thing you can do now is pay for another change or create a new account.

I explained my problem to the XBOX support team and they refer me to post my issue here so it can be forceful changed.

The problem happened when I input my email account into a ZUNE device which belonged to my friend. Later he input his name () by mistake and automatically used my free change option. Now I never gave my password nor I received any email confirmation
to agree to this change. I really would like to change it since I want to use the services of XBOX on my computer with my current email.

Hey there, josuecevallos! There are no forced name changes anymore unless your gamertag violates the Code of Conduct. If that were to happen, then you would get a randomly generated gamertag and would still have to pay to have your gamertag changed to the
one you would like. Since yours does not violate the CoC, you will need to pay as Thee Elf explained.

If you have mistakenly blocked communications with a certain gamertag, simply send that gamertag a message (doesn't matter what). That message will un-block them.

Oh, alright. And the thing that's making the gamertag work isn't from removing the "s." It's from removing the "e." The system mistakenly thinks I'm trying to be offensive towards Mexicans, which is obviously not the case -_- .

If I contacted support, would they be able to make an exception since there's obviously no bad intentions with my proposed name change?
