Changed My Email, Now my Xbox can't sync any of my Data

Hello Alll,

I changed my Primary Alias email on my Microsoft Account today, and now My xbox can't access any of my account data. So I logged out on my Xbox and logged back in a few times and nothing has worked. I'm able to go online and watch things like Netflix and
Play Multiplayer. However my Homepage looks as if I'm not connected. It says there's a "problem getting this content" so none of my pins show up at the bottom of my screen and none of my games can sync data.

Anyone have any ideas? I thought about Resetting it but I wasn't sure if that would uninstall all the digital copies of games I have on the console.

Can't sync data

For NXOE dashbaord.

I can't sync data on my xbox one for any games I start and it forces me to play offline, I also can't start a party or see my oneguide, store, or community tabs. Any help?

 

Syncing data for Forza Motorsport 5...

About a week ago, I changed the email for my Xbox Live account, but then I couldn't sign in on here with that email, so I changed it again on this website. Then the Xbox kept making me use my password to sign in, so I looked at the support section, which
told me to remove my account from the Xbox and sign in again, so I did. Now when I try to play Forza 5, it says that it needs to sync the game data, but it just keeps saying that it's syncing, and never stops. I've tried letting it sync (for over half an hour),
hard-reseting, and unplugging the console, and nothing has worked. I've tried looking online all day to find a solution, and it seems every time it's happened, they've lost all their data. This is my most-played game on the Xbox One, and I've done at least
30 hours of painting in this game. There's no way I can do it all again, so is there any way to get it back?

 

Try and remove the account from the Xbox console then add it back using the new sign in email address

 

Will removing the account delete everything? I have all my games on an External hard drive so I don't think I'll lose the data but would I have to reinstall them all? I'm at work right now, but I'll look into this when I get home

 

UPDATE: I guess it just took a period of time to situate itself on the network. I booted up the xbox today and everything's working fine.

 

it can take a good few hours to a few days for a new alias to fully change over i have found, good to see it is sorted
