Changed GT week ago. It was taken down & Removed!

So I changed my GT from iiLiekSnacks to Sh33W4NTZTh33D about a week and a half ago. I paid $10.65 I want to why it was removed. And I want to dispute whatever reason you claim made my GT offensive. Thank you - Brandon

Xbox Live Ambassador

Well I'm apart of this program & I changed my Gamertag about 2-3 weeks ago, it used to be MaRz Ginger & now it's SeanTheGing. When I tried to go to the Ambassador Login it said I didn't exist, how long does it take to update?

It takes at least 24 hours for them to see the post I believe, but I'm not sure how long after that they will answer. They may send the reply via PM or through email as well.

Although this is the part of the code of conduct you violated:

The letter "D", is just that. It is a letter. Just because one simply obviously doesn't like that letter of the alphabet, doesn't and shouldn't take it out against me. I spend 100's of dollars a month spending it out on XBOX Live, DLC. And this is how I'm
repaid? No, I want the crappy forced GamerTag that they put on me at least changed to something I want. I'm not willing to pay another dime, whenever I report people all of the time and nothing ever happens to them. Yet, I get reported once, my account gets
suspended. Or somebody a member of the Enforcement team cannot take a harmless joke. Yeah, I'm going to dispute this until the very end.

 

It's not the letter D in your gamertag, it's the entire gamertag.

You agreed to the code of conduct and the forced gamertag policy. You will have to pay to change it to something else.

 

I agreed to nothing. I read the entire policy & nowhere did I ever have to give any consent or agreement, digitally. So keep enforcing some haggard *** policy. I'm simply going to quit dishing out my hard earned money for the likes of a multi-billion dollar
company such as Microsoft. Even customer service from Microsoft, told me he wished he could give me a free change, but there could possibly be someone on the forums that could help. At least he still gave me hope. You're sitting there telling me there is none?

Please elaborate how my entire gamertag is inappropriate. That's the sole reason i came here for. For someone to give me an explanation. I think whoever removed it and anyone who agrees with it, are insecure little girls.

 

When you sign up for Live you are asked to accept the code of conduct/terms of service, you're also asked to agree to them again any time they are updated. So yes, you did agree to the code of conduct and the forced gamertag policy.

Phone and chat support typically send people to the forums in the belief that someone here can issue a free gamertag change when that is not true. If you look through the forums you will see several posts with the same issue, and even just posts by people
who want a free change. There is no way to get a free change despite what Xbox support tells you.

I'm just a fellow gamer along with all of the other gamers on these forums.

 

Smwutches has already gone out of his way to explain to you how and why you lost the name. You were even told to post over on the Enforcement page. You can dispute this all you like but that name will never be allowed no matter how much money you spend.
