changed email now i cant sign in

here's a problem... i cant sign into my @live account, (forgot pass) and the recovery email no longer exits..... so how can i change the recovery email to the main email i use now?

Yes the email and password was changed. So I cant sign into anything.

Hi Georges, I'm afraid that is the problem. We bought the game on steam and then when you start halo asks you add an email. We have no way of getting into that email now so want to change to another email, but it does not allow you change your email? Surely there is a way? I paid for the game on steam, downloaded, and now cant access the email - cant I remove it from that email and use another?

Ive had the same thing happen except i created 2 accounts DiscordBlade and DiscordBlade1 but one day i got signed out but couldnt remember the password to my emails or to the profile and ive tried to recover my email but when i change my password it only
does it for my profile not my email so i still cant sign in on my xbox because it wants to verify my account but i put in random answers that i cant remember and now i lost accounts with game and characters that i cant use again i hope somone reads this because
its been 2 years and no one has helped me.
