changed country to canada to download game

So I did the whole change the country to Canada thing in order to download the game and that worked. But I can't do any of the in-game purchases. I get a message that the game is no longer in the store.

Is MS ever going to fix the country issue?

pretty sure australia isn't an option

when we mean region we mean COUNTRY like US or canada

btw you aren't so clear about which country your account is in

please goto https://billing.microsoft.com

and click more info

so if your account was original US you have to be physically in the us to download region locked content

if your account is CANADA and you physically live in canada reset your router and modem

My guess is that you switched your country back after you downloaded. If you change it back to Canada it should work. I tried this and it works for me. The next issue that I've observed is that the store will ask for a payment option again even though you
may have one saved. I've been reluctant to go any further then that though...

I have tried this and unless you actually live in Canada, you won't be able to purchase from the store. I know, it's frustrating because I personally REALLY want to buy some keys! We're hoping to expand soon into other regions.

It's due to IP. Some games are not able to be downloaded if the gamertag is not set for the same region (country) that you physically live in.

Is the gamertag still set for Singapore? If so do a region change to Canada and you'll have no more issues.

Bingo can be obtained by changing your region to "Canada". This is a method from the Glacier Blast (another Win Xbox Game) Facebook Page:

Go to Win 8 Start Menu

Type ‘Country’

Select ‘Change your Country or Region’

Select Canada from drop-down- close menu

Then hit the link and select View in Store!

For Hexic you need to change your Country/region to "Trinidad and Tobago".

When you login, on every page there is the footer on the website, on the last line, the first link shows a country.

Is this set to Canada or another country? If it does not show Canada, click on the country name and you can change the country setting. Maybe you have a european country set there?
