    i have an xbox from Japan, but i now live in Korea so i can't plug it in due to voltage difference (japan is 100 and korea is 230). Is it possible to buy a new power pack that may be used here?

    Purchased an Xbox 360-S but moving to Canada

    You will probably need a new power brick as power supplies are different from country to country.

    Xbox 360 S Console from the US (110V) plugged into 220V.

    It's recommended not to use power adapters on the 360.From what you've said you will need a new power brick for the country you are in.You will need to order one from support for that country.

    Do not use a power adapter as that can cause no end of problems.You will need a new power brick for the country you are going to.You can get them from support in that country.

    You can change the region (migrate) your account to other countries so long as they have an available Live service set up (I believe Switzerland does).

    Just be aware that you may need a power adapter to ensure you don't blow out your console (double check power standards for each country).

    Also, the Xbox Love service does differ from country to country. For instance, some countries will have content that others don't. If you are planning on getting an Online Pass for some of your games it may not be available in the new country.
