Change Xbox Live Rewards email

I have a new email and I want to receive the xbox rewards emails but the email that the rewards program has i don't have access to it is there a way to change it?

hello , my problem is that I changed my email on my xbox live account , so that when I try to enter my xbox live rewards account with my new email can not I go ? 's when I go into my xbox live rewards account with my old email usually goes ! to change the email from xbox live rewards for my next email in my live account ??

Q: How do I change the email address where I receive Xbox Live Rewards communications?

A: In order to change your Microsoft account, please
click here and follow the instructions. Please make sure that the Microsoft account associated with your Gamertag is current to ensure you receive your Xbox Live Rewards email offers and updates. To see which email address we have on file for you, go to
https://commerce.microsoft.com, log in with the Microsoft account tied to your Gamertag, click on 'Billing Info' and select 'Edit Profile' link at the top.

Hi Sundog512. Your Xbox Live Rewards email is taken from your Billing email information. Have you changed it at commerce.microsoft.com?

Here are instructions on how to change it -

It will update itself on the Rewards program, however it won't be instant.

Will I still receive Xbox LIVE Rewards Points if I change my Windows Live ID (email)?

A. Yes. If you migrate your Xbox LIVE Rewards account to a new Windows Live ID (email), there may be up to a 96 hour delay before you can log into Xbox LIVE Rewards with your new email. You may even be prompted to re-register – just ignore this request,
but it will not hurt if you re-register. If you attempt to log in with your new email but Xbox LIVE Rewards does not recognize you, you can always check on your points using your old email. Rest assured, once the migration is complete, your points will be
moved, and you will be able to access the information with your newly linked email.

No message on LIVE.

Since the promotion I have changed my preferred email and it has caused some problems with not getting emails from Xbox Rewards. Xbox Rewards support said I can't do anything to change that so I would assume the same problem is there for other Xbox offers.
No email in the junk folder of either email accounts by the way.

I liive in the Eastern United States.
