Change Xbox Live e-mail only

Hello, there's no way to delete a gamertag, the only thing you can do is change the e-mail on the gamertag to another e-mail. So what you'll have to do is change the e-mail on this account so the e-mail address is free to use on another account. To get instructions

If this account/E-mail was setup only used with Xbox then it should be possible to change the E-mail address on the
Microsoft Profile page however if this E-mail address is also used by your sister for any of the other services provided by Microsoft such as Skype, Onedrive, Office 365 etc then it will not
be possible to change the E-mail address for just the Xbox live account.

Microsoft alias, this will change the sign in email BUT it will not delete the original account unless that account is removed from the alias. You can change the way you sign in and show up to recipients by adding aliases to your Microsoft account. An alias
is like a nickname for your account that can be an email address, phone number, or Skype name. It uses the same inbox, contact list, and account settings as the primary alias. You can sign in to your account with any alias, and you only have to remember a
