I totally agree people would just abuse this hiding after new gamertags after being in trouble on the one.

take for example GTA online after your account is being reported you can just change everything and hide that way

Of microsoft can allowing eveyone to change name second time in case someone change worng name

You are allowed to change it for free one time. To prevent abuse of the system is why there is a lock on how many times you can change it for free.

That would be busted and abused microsoft should lower the price to $5 per change
