Change xbox gamertag from North Macedonia

I'm not able to pay for an xbox gamertag change because North Macedonia is not available to choose as a billing address

When i choose some other county in billing, i get Change your Store region error

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you here regarding your issue because you're not in a region or country where the Xbox services are currently supported.

Well I found out that I can't claim the Xbox Game pass in North Macedonia, my country so I guess I found out lol.

I guess this post can be locked now, sorry for wasting any time.

Macedonia it's not among the Xbox supported regions, this is why you can't choose it as a region for the Xbox, at the moment from your region it's not possible to make purchases in Xbox store until Macedonia becomes a supported Xbox live region

Could you perhaps explain that to WarnerMedia? the company who own HBO Max:

"The 15 countries are: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. HBO Max is currently live in 46 territories across the Americas and Europe"

There was nothing in their press release to say that Romania would be excluded because they aren't in an Xbox Live region. If Romania were excluded from everything, then why does the MS Store allow for a Romania region change?
