    Change the sound on and off of the console


    Hello.

    Is the XBOX One S capable of changing the console launch sound?
    I have an XBOX One Gears of War Edition version, and when I turn on, turn off the console, and remove the disc, the sounds of Gears of War 4 play, and I would like to, for example, upload my sounds to play when switching on and off the console.

    No notifications when unlocking achievements

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though Notifications is turned off in the settings. Please check the link below for instructions on where to go to turn them on.

    It can't be done, unfortunately. The only options you have when it comes to the start up sounds are to turn them on, turn them off, or only have the sound play if you turn the console on using the power button on the console itself. You can't actually change
    the sound.

    Sounds like you have the console set for a energy save mode instead of standby. That'll completely shutdown the console when you turn it off. You can change that in settings.
