Hi have you tried to update the way you pay here?
Sign in to your Microsoft account to change the way you pay for your subscription.

Or on the Xbox console itself

Update the way you pay on your Xbox One console

1. Press the Xbox button
    to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system >
   Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
   
3. Choose the subscription you want to manage.
   
4. Under Payment and billing, select
   Change how you pay.
5. Choose an existing payment option or select
   Add a new way to pay.

After you've updated how you pay for your Xbox subscription, you can remove the payment option you no longer want to use.

This is the exact same problem I'm having. For some reason my subscription was put on hold because of some issue with my card. When I go to update the information (Even though nothing has actually changed) the card isn't even listed so I can't change anything.
It asks me to add a new one, but this is the only one I have and it says it's already been added. I can't seem to even cancel the subscription and start over either. I'm at a loss. Hopefully someone knows whats going on.

It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution so please be patient."

Hi SueTornay,

You can go to microsoft.com and log into your xbox account. In the top right corner after you are logged in click your profile picture and go to "microsoft account" directly under your name you should see a section that says "update payment type" or "billing
and subscriptions" then should allow you to choose what credit card you want your subscription to be billed to.
