    Change the Login Account of Minecraft Java Edition?


    I've bought the Minecraft account like 3 years ago and used it in one PC. And, my account got hacked and couldn't do a recovery due to the incorrect card no. and the change email for the email verification. I made the different account of outlook and bought a new one. And, I wanted to switch the account from that old one into the new one. But, when I click login with my new account, then, suddenly, it says "login with Windows Hello to to login into *******@naver.com" and the PIN appears. Whut the f....? WHY I CAN'T SWITCH THE ACCOUNT?????? It even keep appears even I erease the Minecraft Java Edition Launcher and erease all of the data, cash, registry and other thing with Revo Uninstaller. Still, login into *******@naver.com using Windows Hello. Not sth like **********@outlook.com. Which, ***********@naver.com was my previous Ms account for Minecraft with the another external Email (from naver.com). PLS, I'M LITERALLY GOING TO FREAK OUT BY THIS ******G MICROSOFT AND MINECRAFT. HOW TO SWITCH THE ACCOUNT?! IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY WITH MY NEW ACCOUNT??? IS IT?? IF NO, THEN DID I JUST WASTED MY MONEY??? PLS HELP

    Minecraft microsoft account dissapeared

    Hello, I have used the link and "recovered" the account and changed the password, however it wasn't the issue, when I login into my minecraft account it still says that I have to buy the java license. It also says: "Login as Tinky_Winky, to play minecraft java edition (switch account)" but whenever I do that It still logs me as an "xbox" account.

    Yes you have the Java Edition. Players who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account.
    Log into account.mojang.com, and under the “My Games” heading you will find a button to claim your gift code. If you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition
    after October 19th, 2018, the button will not be there, so if you’re unsure of when you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition, that’s a good way to check. Pressing the button will generate a token and send you to a Microsoft redemption page.

    hi Lucas, minecraft java edition was purchased through mojang and then the account was migrated to my Microsoft account. My son has his own Microsoft account and it's been added to the family account. Now I need to change the Minecraft login credential to using his microsoft email.

    If you're referring to your Minecraft Java Edition username, you can change it with the following steps:

    1. Log in here

    https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login

    2. Under Minecraft: Java Edition, select Change Profile Name.

    3. View your existing profile name or enter a new name and click the Change Your Profile Name button.

    If you're referring to the Bedrock Edition, the gamertag used by the game is your Xbox account gamertag, which you can change here
