Change the ea account link to my gamer tag

This can be done by contacting EA Game advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us

As Javier stated you would need to go to the EA website to unlink the account. You can check their forums for information on how to unlink the account. Once it is unlinked you can then sign in with the account you want to link it.

actuly i want to keep the same gamertag i just want to unlink the ea account that is link right now on my gamer tag to link my new one ( the one i use every where ) and is there a way to see witch account is link to my gamer tag right now

Short answer is no, all the information on the EA accounts would be though EA.
