    Hello. I keep getting an error that says i cannot sign into my minecraft because i do not have the settings permitting multiplayer interaction. I went to the site it gave me aka.ms/accountsettings but could not find anywhere to change any settings. Please

    Hi there,

    you should be able to change Privacy and Online safety settings via this link:
    https://account.xbox.com/settings if your account is an adult account. There are settings that will have effect on multiplayer, communication etc.

    If your account is a child account then a parental account will need to make these changes to your account

    This message means that you online safety and security settings are set to not allow you to play online multiplayer games.

    If it had to do with your live subscription it would just take you to the purchase gold page.
