    Does anyone else with an Xbox One X have Wi-Fi issues?

    Try change frequency too. Other people's router can interfere yours. And move the router to a place where the wall are as close to perpendicular as possible. Signal passing through wall at an angle means the wall is thicker than going perpendicular. Also change encryption such for testing.

    You should check your router user guide for that information. If you don't have one the manufacturer of the router has probably put one on the web to download.
