    Hello,

    I need help for my xbox love rewards. It does not work anywhere. I want to change my over 5000 points for money to buy some add ons for example Blizzard Mountain from Forza Horizon 3. but there is no option on your website. Please help and try to give me
    my points.

    Question about adding a credit card to my account

    If I add a credit card onto my Xbox Live account, would I be able to buy game add ons with my credit card instead of buying Microsoft Points?

    Rewards credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you recently got to 5,000, they should be deposited by the end of the month.

    but that does not work. Sorry for my language. It isnt my first! I cannnot find an option to use my points. I have 5250 points and want to buy an add on with them. But i thought, that i have to change my points into "money" ?!? Must i buy only the add on
    and the points are for paying?

    Hi SmokinDrums. You currently do not ave any pending Credits in your account. The 5250 Credits you see have already been deposited on April 8, 2015. You can check that at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Hi SmokinDrums. You currently do not ave any pending Credits in your account. The 5250 Credits you see have already been deposited on April 8, 2015. You can check that at http://commerce.microsoft.com.

    Can not use Money in my Microsoft Account.

    as money is replacing the points card and you could never buy live with points you cannot buy them with money cards only with a credit card and or other form of payment like paypal sorry you did not know this til you bought that card, but you can still use
    it for stuff for games and add ons.

    every change causes work and work costs money.

    But let me recommend you the MS Rewards program !

    There you can earn points and redeem them for credits or subs.

    With those credits you can buy not only a GT change but also games and Add-ons etc.

    Me for example can't even remember the last time I've paid for my Game Pass Ultimate other than with Rewards points !
