My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...

As long as you just play for yourself you don´t need Xbox Live Gold. At the point you want to play multiplayer games you need it. It doesn´t have to be a credit card. You could also buy prepaid cards for the subscription.

For the past due you need to pay it by credit card or paypal. A past due couldn't paid with prepaid credit. Once this is paid. You could use a prepaid card for gold if you you dont want to pay it with a credit card or other payment methods.
