    I've overdue payment for XBOX Live Gold subscription.

    How can I change payment method/pay for it?

    Or how can I cancel this subscription?

    To update a payment method on a subscription, follow the steps on the article below!

    Change the payment method or credit card linked to your Microsoft Account

    This should allow you to change the card linked to your subscription so it may bill properly and prevent interruptions in using Game Pass.

    How do I change the payment card for Microsoft Payments Unlimited Company?

    Hi Mark,

    Changing the payment method for an Xbox subscription won't affect your son's account data or gaming history.

    You can update it by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and select [change payment method] on the relevant subscription.
