    I preordered Titanfall 2 some months ago. Now i want to change the Payment for the order. is it possible to change the payment from paypal to microsoft points ?

    This page
    here     should answer any and all preorder questions. It doesn't say anything about changing your preorder payment method, but it does say that if you want to cancel a preorder you can, but you will need to contact support directly. I'd cancel it and then
    preorder it again on your new payment method.

    Have a look through that link in case I've missed anything. You can manage your preorders as well so maybe have a look at that and see if there is an option to change it. You may be able to as it only charges right as the game is released unless you've paid

    I have had a pretty decent preorder experience so far. The only thing I feel that could be changed is the ability to allow payments beyond initial down deposit.

    It’s connected to a preorder. I can’t cancel the preorder because it says that it was purchased. Even though the payment was declined.
