change or delete bank info

please don't panic, there is an official way to get phone support from Microsoft. I've put together a short step by step description of hot to get a call back from Microsoft. Please always stay on the official Microsoft websites to get support.

Please follow these step through the official support website:

one you're there, click on:

Contact support





A chat window will open, asking you to describe your issue. Type:

phone support

Now select "XBOX" from the option menu, click "NEXT"

Select "Other billing issues", click NEXT.





Now you can choose the option "Call me back", enter your phone number and and agent will call you back.

Here is the problem, she does not know at all how to use the computer. She looks at the checking account transactions on her phone.

Her husband handled all of this before and now for the last 18 months he can no longer do anything as he has dementia.

I told her to get the phone number off the statement but she does not get paper statements and just pays credit cards that way. These are withdrawals from PayPal and xbox and one others that I don't recognize any thing like that. I don't have xbox in my
life so I don't know how all of this works with Microsoft and xbox.

She would not know of the microsoft or xbox sign in as she did not know it was there.

She can make phone calls and verify a lot of other info so that someone can help her.

She at the bank now opening up another checking account which isn't going to her because the kid can still use the account as that checking account is not being closed.

This is a mess and she is in a panic.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. To manage current subscription to microsoft services, go to Services & subscriptions. Log on with her account information and
you will be able to see current subscriptions. And at Order history she would be able to see her purchases for the account.

500$ sounds like a lot not to notice. Does she have an microsoft account ? or did not make the purchases, then i would reach out to my bank and get the credit card blocked, since here credit card information might have been compromised.

I just clarify. You need to Turn off recurring billing on PC in Microsoft page. And you can delete the payment method or you need to leave bank info . thx
