Change only the "old games" Gamertag

They are full sized and random

Oh yes sorry for the confusion, I believe I got it wrong. Unfortunately, changing the name only to old games is not possible, as it depends on the current one, this is due to the licenses of your games that could be lost if done in another way.

what I want is to be able to use a customize it without having to change my entire Gamertag

1.I asked for a way to only change the old games gamertag and your answer feels like it's not to my question

2.the statement: " when you change your Gamertag it changes everything" is wrong since there is a way to keep it when changing the Gamertag





The problem is that so far I haven't found a way to edit it without changing my normal Gamertag, and since I want to keep my current Gamertag(new) I would have to change it twice

Hello, there is no need to contact support. Your son has the correct gamertag, which was changed under the new system. Games still use the old system and will display the old gamertag until 2020. Even then only new games and certain old games will support
the new system. There was an option to change the 'old system' gamertag while you were creating the new one but now it's too late to do it for free.
