Change of Region/Local Code is not possible. Russia --> Germany

Soluted! There was a family lock which I removed. Now it works!

In the settings of the account area Xbox last 12 months is the region "Russia".
On the console itself, I was trying to change regions twice, to US and back.
Now there is also a region of Russia.
The problem is that localization is not in all games, in the same gears of war judgment - localization is present, but in the third part, when purchased in digital form, it is not.

Because currency is region locked

Meaning buying in Germany cannot be combined in Netherlands this is regardless of consoles

You can use subscription from other countries in the EU but you cannot buy games from other countries in the EU due to the region locks

Yes you can change your store region but you need a local payment method

To change your region to Russia, use our
Region Migration Tool. Once your region is set to Russia, try those codes out!

There was a region migration tool available up until recently. It was possible with that to change your region to Russia and only 8 other countries. It was never possible to migrate to the US with the tool.
