    Change of Region Issue


    I came from UK to Pakistan, I changed my region & redeemed my one month XBOX LIVE Gold code to purchase / download FIFA 15. Once done, when I went to purchase / download page it states that "This offer is not valid at your region". Now I cant change my region
    for next three months neither download the game. Kindly help to provide a better solution, either in replacement I get a new XBOX LIVE Gold code, or they allow to purchase / download games in my current region or change the region.

    cant redeem the codes for Xbox one, fallout 3, vegas 1 and vegas 2

    The issue isn't the codes

    Codes are universal

    The issue is your account region MUST reflect your actual region

    To change your account region you must use my account and change my region on this website

    After that you must change the locale of the console

    FYI if you change the region of your account at a later date back to the us you won't be able to redownload region locked content

    And rainbow 6 is a region locked content

    For.the best experience with xbox live your account region must reflect your actual region

    Account region change issue.

    Hello,

    Have tried to dissconnecting (and reconnecting) your Xbox from your modem or router? This sounds like a connection problem, please reply if this problem persists.

    Well for one pakistan isn't a Xbox live region so Xbox live codes won't work in that region

    Did you change to UK ?

    If you did that would be why your physical location has to match your account region

    Changing to an non Xbox live region makes your account unusable

    Halo 3 offer is gone

    if you cannot migrate yiur account and you meet the conditions for it yiu can only call xbox support and ask them to look at your account

    unfortunately even if you do migrate you cannot download uk halo3 as the offer ia now over if you created another account in the meanwhile you could've but the offer ended in oct 31st

    they only last 15days and for future purchases it is best to have your account region always match your actual region

    1st and foremost

    keep your service tickets number and give them to the agent you contact for notes

    if there is ticket info to give to you they will give it to you

    the people who repair profiles aren't contactable by phone nor do phone people can contact them directly



    you can however contact a forums support person with the Service request number and they can look into it



    that is why the people on the phone cannot help you

    also repairing a profile isn't easy trust me

    people have reported region migration repairs taking upto 3months when people weren't protecting their profiles correctly with unique passwords or shared passwords

    back in the days of the old migration tool



    suggestion dont use chrome

    its doesn't play well with flash or xbox.com site

    firefox or IE is recommended
