    Good evening.

    Yesterday, I noticed that Premium for Battlefield 4 was 24,99€ on Xbox.com. Today, I decided to buy it !

    So I checked if the price didn't change (it didn't) and went to buy a prepaid card of 25€.

    I got home 30 minutes ago and decided to activate my Premium account. The moment I redeemed the code on Xbox and launched the game, the game gave me an update and the price just went up to 49,99€ !!!!

    I didn't use the 25€ and find it unadmissible to change the price during the day ! It's ok if the price changed during the night or so, but 5 hours before, the price was 24,99€ !! I can't stand to pay the full price since it changed in a few hours.

    Please, I'd like to either

    - Get my money back

    - Get Premium for Battlefield 4 at 24,99€, the very reason why I bought this card !!

    I thank you in advance and hope my problem will be taken seriously.

    BF4 Premium, cross platform?

    Hey there Xbox community.

    I currently have BF4 + BF4 premium for the PC. I was considering purchasing BF4 for the X1. I am pretty sure premium will transfer from 360 --> X1 (PS3-->PS4)

    Does anyone know if my premium will carry over from PC to X1... I do not think it will... I am not sure I want to pay another $50 for premium. The game.. ok but not premium. I did some research online and mainly seeing no it won't work but figured I would
    ask if anyone has had success.

    BF4 + Premium was offered for $30 a few weeks ago. I was wondering if it's possible to still purchase the bundle for the $30 price.

    The sale on Premium was part of the Black Friday deals which ran from November 28 to December 1. New deals started today and Premium is not part of the new deals.

    You can try contacting support, but there is no guarantee of any sort of refund.

    If the price had changed, I would never have bought this card.

    I've been an XboxLive Gold member for more than 6 years, I think you could do something...

    They don't update the marketplace right at midnight. So there is some overlap between when the last week's deals end and the new ones start. Unfortunately you happened to catch it during that time.

    Like I said, you'd have to contact support directly to see if there is anything they could do.

    Bf4 premium on xbox one

    Plus also, any BF4 premium passes already purchased against your current 360 Gamertag and account will be converted to a premium pass on the Xbox One. This is only confirmed for BF4 at the moment

    Can't make a purchase. Very uncommon error message displaying.

    I got the same problem when i try to purchase BF4 Premium, i got it working once but then it just came up with the same error code. I changed my billing address and everything but nothing, someone please help.
