Change of my gamertag without permission

As a subscriber for almost 6 years now, and user of the gamertag "Whoisinurmouth" I would like to know why my name was changed unknowingly and for no reason. I was emailed around midnight to wake me out of my sleep to let me know you have changed my name.
My name contained no profanity, and I was never abusive or rude to xbox live gamers. I've had the same gamertag for 2 years or more, and want to know why it was abruptly changed. If this was done by someone who was mad at me in game, I would like to know who.
I've been the recipient of harsh and foul language from a subscriber and assume they are who reported me, I would like you to view my messages and see for yourself what has been said to me in a derogatory manner. in turn, they too should be reported.

Unauthorized Xbox gamertag change

Can anyone tell me how to revert a gamertag change for free? My account was accessed and my xbox gamertag was changed without permission.

For an official answer as to why you were given a forced name change, you would need to post here -

The enforcement team are the only ones who can issue a forced name change, so it doesn't matter why anyone filed a complaint on your account, the enforcement team are the ones who determined that your tag violated the code of conduct. It also doesn't matter
how long you've had a tag, if it violates the code, they will change it.

If you're getting harrassing messages, you need to file a complaint on those gamers and block communications with them.

Your gamertag was found to be in violation and was changed.

 

It's unlikely that it was change because of 1 man in particular. It was probably changed because of a build of reports.

To be fair it was violating the Code of Conduct and you're lucky it lasted this long.

When making a name it cannot contain the following:

Notorious people/organizations

Sensitive current/historical events

Hate speec.

Illegal drugs/controlled substances

Illegal activities

Controversial religious topics

Topics or content of a sexual nature

Any "sound alike" or "look alike" words, phrases, or puns that reference these topics are also prohibit. Profane words/phrase.
