i changes my console a few hours ago, but when i entered the gamertag it did not let me download the games that i bought previosly. in transfer and billing does not give me options to transfer the data

Xbox LIVE determines your geographic location based on your console’s IP address when you sign in. You cannot purchase or download content that is not licensed for your country or region.

 

Your purchases are linked to your account not your console. To use the content purchased under your account just set it up at the new console as xbox home

 

You need to be signed on with the account that have purchased the games.

You can use this link to confirm your purchases are on your account.

 

verify if your account is as your home xbox:

Just go to settings, then personalization, then my home xbox.

See if says add as my home xbox or remove as my home xbox.

 

Go to Xbox.com and check your games, all the games and DLC Will be showed when You Go to your profile then to your games
