I am trying to change my address as i have moved to a different country and i am unable to change the region, would anyone know why this would be? Because i need to change my billing address linked to my card.

Hi there! You would likely want to create a new Windows LIVE ID with the correct region that matches your physical location. There is no way to delete accounts outright, so you can leave your previous account as-is in case you ever return to the US.

And if @op if your account is less then 90days old then you must wait for the 90days

ALSO if you moved to.a non Xbox.live region it's best not to.migrate to your region until.it's supportrd

If it's Russia then no don't migrate as it's a banned.region atm
