Change of Address Series X Pre Order

I pre ordered my Series X and unfortunately had to move on short notice shortly after. I called Microsoft support to remedy the situation and was told to wait until it shipped. Once it was shipped I was to call the shipping company and change the address
with them. It was shipped and I was eager to get this resolved. I called Fed Ex and explained my problem. They informed me that I actually had no power to change the address. That Microsoft had to contact them to change the address and that I needed to contact
them. It seems real shady to tell your customers not to worry and feed them false information. Now I am stuck trying to figure this out with no time to spare and my money already in their hands. Any one else facing this same problem?

Can I change the address on a pending Xbox series x order?

All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

"The cancellation is due to the delay of the release of the Xbox One version which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order again and play when the game launches for the Series X on February 10th, 2023!”

Their will be pre-orders for the new Xbox Series X. The online orders start on the 22nd (Tuesday) September 2020 ..

Same thing happened to me. It just vanished. Pre order for the series x was there until today. I got no notification of the pre order getting cancelled either.
