It sounds like you're having trouble switching between your Windows and Xbox accounts in the Xbox app on your new HP Victus running Windows 11. There could be a few different things causing this issue, but here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

Make sure you're running the latest version of the Xbox app. You can do this by going to the Microsoft Store and checking for updates.

Try signing out of both your Windows and Xbox accounts in the Xbox app, then signing back in. Make sure you're using the correct login credentials for each account.

Clear the cache and data for the Xbox app. On Windows 11, you can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Xbox > Advanced options > Reset.

If you still have issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app.

If the above steps do not work, it is possible that there is an issue with your Windows or Xbox account.

I believe I have a solution. Don't know if it will work but I believe this will.

You'll need a 3rd email account that doesn't have a GamerTag associated with it.

1) Change the WLID of one of your accounts to this 3rd email.

2) Then change the WLID of of the account you didn't change before to the account you want to change it to.

3) Then change the WLID of the 3rd email to the account you changed in the previous step.

*note this will only work if you can change WLID's. They may have a limit to how often you can change your WLID if that's the case then it won't work.

Keep in mind that if you're trying to change the age on the Microsoft account so you can upgrade an Xbox account to adult, it will not work. Changing the age on the Microsoft account does not also change the age of an Xbox account. That cannot be changed.
