    For someone reason when i made my Microsoft account I set my real name is something real stupid as a joke, and I'm tired of my Xbox saying "Hello The!" every time i start it up. Is there a way i can fix this?

    so what's the issue?

    Your local alias is only see able by you

    Your gamer tag is separate from your aliss

    As shown on this website

    There is no rule against using your name as your gamer tag and it's unlikely anyone will find you in 50m players on Xbox live

    You can go to https://profile.live.com and click "Edit" next to the name in the upper left hand area.

    On the Xbox One, Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Profile > How you look.

    No. You can have a million people file a complaint on your name, but unless it violates the code of conduct, they won't make you change it.

    On the Xbox One, Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Profile > How you look.

    Enforcement never reads this forum. All forced name changes are final. They used to give you another chance for free but people would simply create yet another illegal name. For your information they do not need to consult with you on any changes or suspension
    as it is all in the TOU and TOC.
