Discus and support Change my Microsoft Account, all I want to do in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Followed the instructions from Xbox.com/Accountswap site, I even made a new account and still it wont swap my old account with my new one.     Change my Microsoft Account, all I want to do


    Followed the instructions from Xbox.com/Accountswap site, I even made a new account and still it wont swap my old account with my new one.

    Logs in fine to new account and then stops with Sorry, we cant change your Microsoft account right now. For more info, go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap.

    Ive already done that and followed the instructions and followed the checking my account instructions to make sure I have no other associations, and I have done this with 2 accounts so I know there is some thing up at your end Microsoft.

    I want to get rid of old email account and move to new one, but Microsoft is the weakest link and holding me up.

    30d between me creating an new Microsoft live account, and using it to move my Xbox profile, If that were the case then the Microsoft instructions would not say create the account and make sure it's not associated with any xbox products, and wait 30days
    before trying to move my account dont you think.

    I know there is 30d waiting for trying to change my password, but thats not what im trying to do.

    So what does to statement of 30d apply to? and the answer is No to your question.

    Remember that if you have already migrated your Minecraft account to your Microsoft account, the game is linked to that Microsoft account, so if you change your email you will still have the game.

    All you would have to do would be to change the Microsoft account that is associated with the account you want to a new Microsoft account and that would free up the Microsoft account that you want to use. If you need more info on how to change Live Id (
