Change my gamertag score.

Hi. My question is the following yesterday I connected in the afternoon leaving my profile about 395,000G, and today when I connect my gamertag I have 362,000, almost 33,000 points less.

I start to look at my profile and I see that games like Fifa 17 in which I had 1000G with 33 days played puts me 0 points, I play as Gems of war in which I had 1430 puts me that I have 0 points and so in various games in the that he throws me countless hours
playing.

I get in touch by chat with your service and do not give me any answer.I'm on the phone and I'm amazed at the answer given by the guy who is taking care of me, I think that from what I see I cheated on those games that appear to me at 0. Now I tell them what
traps I'm going to do in a gems of war , in a fifa 17, in which I have months played. I need an answer please.

Gamer score has disappeared

My gamertag is , just recently I had to change my email because it had underscores (_) and I could not access my account. I followed instructions and now my gamer score has disappeared. I had a huge amount of gamer score therefore I had to
bring this to your attention.

Transferring Data From 360 to XB1

if I am correct... nothing will change over... only your gamertag and score.... no saves, videos, games or music....

It's a glitch.

Seen this happening to a lot of people lately.

No idea why it happens but your Gamerscore will correct itself within a few days.

I currently have only one profile on my Xbox and it's not set to sign in automatically. Like I stated above, it's the same account, but the Xbox shows my changed gamertag and gamer score, but when I log on with my other devices it shows the old gamertag
and a zero gamer score.

You can delete individual games from your achievement list if you have 0 score from that game.

But you can't delete games with a score currently. You can change emails attached to the gamertag itself, but thats it.
