Change My Gamertag Please

I have been getting hate on xbox live from a certain group of hackers and I have tried everything. I put family setting on, i blocked them, but they just kept making new accounts and joining my game and making fun of me. I told a microsoft support server
and he told me to post this problem. I feel like the only way for them to stop harassing me is if I change my gamertag , but i don't have the money.

You do not need to change your gamertag.

Block communication with this person, and report them for the harassment.

One doesn't simply get a free gamertag change because THEY SAY they are being threatened, then everyone would claim this.

Sorry if your tag does not violate the rules you won't get it changed unless you pay for it. Just set your profile to friends only then only those on your friends list can communicate with you.

 

There is no way to get a free gamertag change, no-one can do that for you.

The only way to change your gamertag yourself is to go the route of paying the fee.

 

Sorry to hear about the harassment while trying to enjoy Xbox Live. The most you can do is file a complaint and block them. They simply do not give out free name changes.

 

PS, Even if you change your name, if they have ever gotten or sent any messages/private chats , they can find your account regardless of name change. Just ignore them. Unless they are kicking you offline, it is not a big deal , just ignore them.
