    I changed my email and no longer have access to my old email it no longer exists. I tried setting up a new profile with my new email address so I can’t use it now for some reason. I’m so confused about why I can’t update my email.

    Haven't received emails in a long time

    My main email address has never been changed, and it was never my contact email address. I never got any Xbox newsletters from that email. My alternate and billing emails were changed because my old email address was closed. They are the same email address,
    and it is the email address I would like newsletters and stuff to be sent to again. What can I do to have emails sent to my contact email again?

    First you need to go to account.live.com log in to your account and change the account allies if not go to your xbox console and sign in and go to settings then from there go to account and from account go to your information and that will be to the right
    of billing information. Then from there go to account security and change your email address from there.
