    I got an Xbox for my grandson to use when he stayed with me. It is associated with my Microsoft account. Can I change it so that it is associated with his Microsoft account so that he pays the bills and if so will he loose any rewards or benefits he has built up?

    If you're the actual owner of the Xbox Live profile in question, you should just be able to discuss with your brother so he can help you transfer it over, as he should know the password, to your own MSA and get all that straightened out.

    The game is tied to the account that purchased it. However if you are both using the same xbox one console and have it set as your home console, you both can have access to the game to play.
