I logged into Microsoft on my friends computer and now my face shows up automatically when she opens her computer.

How do I log out so she can log in to Microsoft games (JIgsaw)?

I can't change the logged-in user

Here is my problem, when I download and install the game it automatically logs me in as an old user, tied to an account and a gamertag that I no longer actively use, doesn't matter if I uninstall and re-install the game, it still remembers my old gamertag.
So how can I make Microsoft Mahjong forget this old gamertag and use my current one that I'm logged in with in the Store and when I play other games, is there any way to control the automatic log-in process? Please help

Try logging out of Windows 8, then log in as your new gamertag. Here's instructions:

windows.microsoft.com/.../sign-in-out-of-windows

You cannot request a gamertag to be released. If the user does not log into that account for 5 years the tag will be release to be reused but it cannot be forcibly changed if the user has logged into it within that time.

It appears that you are trying to play the game and is unable to because of authentication error. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured that we are going to perform the troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Before we go any further, we would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. When did the issue start?

2. Are you using a Windows PC and sign in your Microsoft account into the Xbox app and got the error message?

3. Are you sign into Xbox app and Microsoft store with the same account you used during purchase the game?

4. When was the last time you were able to play the game?

For the meantime, you can sign out and sign in your Microsoft account from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app. Make sure to connect your device to the internet to be able to connect your account into the Xbox Network. If you are still having issue when signing in your account, try signing in your account in the account landing page to check if the account has the game license attach to it or sign in your Microsoft account through this link: Microsoft account | Order history or if you have active Xbox Game Pass subscription, you can check it under Services and subscription tab.
