Discus and support Change in account region in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I changed by mistake my account region, now I dont have gold and I lost 3 months that had left there, tried to contact you guys in techsupp, however...     I changed by mistake my account region, now I dont have gold and I lost 3 months that had left there, tried to contact you guys in techsupp, however the lady just canceled my subscription and gave 2 codes in regards of the 3 months that i had left there,
    now Im without Gold no multiplayer available for me because of the region and I'm not able to get assistance even though I tried to change that back and now I need to wait 3 months to change It, what about in the meantime ?, wait patiently ? :s I paid for
    my gold and now I'm not enjoying any benefit at all....

    The region that It's showing is Nicaragua, and Nicaragua Doesn't have gold benefits, doesn't have anything, no multiplayer no nothing

    one last thing about the codes, after everything I cant even redeem them because of the same thing the region on the account Doesn't allow a redemption....

    Is there something that I can do about It ? this is not fair i think :s

    Nope, it was Stirling.

    You can't change the region using region migrate in xbox.com, signed in as the sons account, it just errors when you try to do it if I remember correctly, or possibly just done nothing (I.e. Had no effect after trying it)

    As you can see by my post above it is now sorted but my lad has lost out on a F1 car that was gifted the other day that he is upset about

    Not illegal, just against terms of service potentially. Usually against terms to prevent abuse of currency exchange rates, but if you buy a different regions currency you have to be in that region.

    That's the situation you are in, or you'll lose the 10 bucks. The site changes stores because it see's what region your account is in, and switches you.

    To.match your account region to your physical region you must change it on this website

    To change this you must goto my account and change my region on this website

    Then change the locale of the console

    Changing the locale has no bearing on your account region and your account region must reflect your actual region

    Because your account region doesn't reflect your actual region is why you are failing

    You cannot change the account region until the account reaches 90days

    Since you are only 2 days in

    Changing the locale of the website doesn't change your account region

    To change the account region it must be done on the website using the migration tool under account and change my region

    You redeemed it on the correct regional website but you don't have a czech account that's the issue

    To see your account region you must go to commerce.microsoft.com

    To change your region you must first use the region migration tool under my account and change my region on this website

    Then change the console region
