Change how you pay for a subscription

I followed all the steps to change credit cards. I show no past due amounts. I keep getting a message that says something went wrong. I would appreciate any help.

card issuer could be have issues depends from your region.

Hi I use to have credit cards to handle subscriptions... If the card maybe declined or expired or unable to process due to bank network errors. Clean the account of old cards, just use one card for now. Its best to try Pre-paid Cards or XBox Card or Microsoft
balance to pay for subscriptions. You can have paypal as the default. Switch to prepaid card or paypal as a default. It help me from getting message errors, one card is causing the error. Visit: https://account.microsoft.com/

I see, then you can go to your subscription and change how you pay.

Login in here https://account.microsoft.com/services > Manage subscription > Select Change how you pay.
