    Hi,

    i wanted to change the gamertag and all was looking good until i got to the point where it asked me to add a profile address, it has US as country and its greyed out so i cant put in my UK Address. Everything on my microsoft account points to me being in
    the UK so i dont understand?

    Hello Blake, sometimes a gamertag change can take more than expected to be reflected everywhere.

    If you’re willing to do it, you can try changing your gamertag one more time on the web:

    Make sure to keep in mind the rules for gamertags provided by Microsoft.
