Change from Brasilizam to English

Just changed from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and my Bingo changed from English to Brazilian.
How do I change back to English? I'm Portuguese and I don't want Br because I don't understand it.

my windows in english, i download state of decay 2 and game in english too, i want change game to russian , but can't , i change windows language to russian, and xbox client changed to russian, but game didint change, i uninstall and install game , still
language didint changed, PLS help me change state of decay 2 language from english to russian!!!!

I feel like this is likely a Windows 10 setting and not related to the Xbox app, however, if you're using the Xbox (beta) app, can you please navigate to the dropdown menu in the top left and select Feedback to send us data?

This will help us investigate this further, however, you may want to also double check your configurations for Windows 10 to resolve this .

By the way Does your Bingo go very very slow when you play it with Windows 10? It seems all the wifi band goes to publicity and the game plays in bursts.
