    hi all,

    Not sure if this is the place to ask, but i'm stuck with this tiny yet so dissapointing thing. I have recently bought an xbox one and loving it to bits, but i can't seem to figure this one out and browsing around i can't help but think i'm definitily not
    the only one. The in-game fonts are damn hard to read and the suggested 'press this button to make this action' hint as well. And that counts for all games i have played so far. Sure, i could set my xbox to a lower resolution, say 720 or 420, but that's not
    what i bought a new xbox for, to downgrade.

    Anyone around here that knows how i can increase or perhaps change the font? Hope to hear from someone, thanks in advance.

    Change font size on Xbox One?

    I've been gaming on the same TV with my 360, and never had any problem with the font being too small, but on the Xbox One it's a different story. Especially in game, I have trouble reading text. Is there any way to change the font size on the Xbox One?

    Does TV size affect font size?

    Font size will adjust to your TV size but the font will be the same try these steps

    Settings - Display & Sound - Video Output - Calibrate HDTV

    To calibrate your TV do use your remote hope this helps

    Is there any way to change the font size?

    If you go the settings in game then Accessibility there's an option to change the subtitle font size. Not tried it myself but give that a go.

    If it is in game it would be down to the Game Developers to increase font size.

    Correct on accessibility. This will not apply to all games, but it will to the dashboard and games thst support it.

    Most people sit far too far away from their TV, it’s why so many people still buy DVD. When you’re ten feet away from 42” (this is average in the US) differences are far less apparent.

    Six feet is really a maximum for anything under 65” At that size you actually have to sit 3.5-6.5 feet to resolve all the benefits of 4K due to limitations of human vision
