    I bought a Mx Gift Card, My console says only can buy or pay in Euros. I Live in Mexico.

    How do I change the console configuration?

    I bought some games by October 26th and I haven't got my 2% into my accoint

    Im at level 2 of my vip star and bought 6 games worth of 600 MX pesos and I dont see my 2% deposit back in my account.

    I buy a prepay card and when i want to buy it give me the price in euros

    i already check that and if i want to buy something in the dashboard the price is okay it appear in mexican pesos but if i want to buy fifa points it appear euros

    if this is on a Xbox One console, then please check to which region your console is set to via Settings - System - Language & Location.

    Also try redeeming your console via xbox.com/redeemcode to check if you can redeem the code from there.

    If both steps don't help, please check what country is shown in the Country/Region field in the 2nd column on this link:
