Change email of Xbox account with another mail

Hi guys!

I have a xbox account with a certain email that i will call "A". I want to change this email adress with another one called "B". "A" is @hotmail.it and "B" is @outlook.com.

I've already read some posts that talks about adding an alias but i can't do that because it gives me an errore that says "E-mail address is already in use. Try with another one.". I guess I should use a not-microsoft account to create an alias... is that
right?

So, how can i substitute "A" with "B" without adding an alias and without losing all my data and achievements of my xbox account?

Sorry for any mistakes in english, of course i'm not a native speaker.

what if you change your email, create another account with a different email with your preferred GT then use your first account as the email for that preferred GT? Ex: (first acct) *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** - GT12345, create another account > (preferred GT) *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
- GT00000. Change GT12345's email into a different email, *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, then exchange it with the GT00000. Does this make sense? LOL

Windows Live ID trouble

Hi I have question involving the email I associated with one of my accounts (So12rovv)
So I tried to fix my e-mail and change it to another email, but my old email was deleted and I cannot recover it. So is there anyway I can change my email if my old email is unrecoverable?

Since outlook is already a Microsoft server email it is not possible to use the outlook email you can add another email alias that is not a Microsoft server email (@outlook.com, @live.com, @msn.com) or you can create a new outlook email in the process of
adding an alias to the account at account.live.com/addassocid and it will put that new outlook account on the hotmail account or you can use any non MS email account.

Now keep this in mind you can have multiple aliases that you use to sign into accounts with (if they are not already a Microsoft account)

If you do add a new alias to your hotmail account and decide to remove your hotmail email from the account that will render the hotmail account null and void and you will never be able to get it back.

so do not remove the hotmail email from the account if you ever think you will need it for anything in the future

You will not the only thing that you would be doing is changing the email address that you use to sign into the account with.

No one gave me that message. Just pretend that I used my school mail, when I'm done with school I lose my mail. So I have to change the mail to another mail before I lose the email account
